    That was a beautiful lesson. Thank you. I was amazed by the increase in flexibility and ease I felt towards the end. And when I stood up I was so much more rooted. It was amazing.

    Bad English, some parts of this audio are very difficult to understand, you need a good translator and an English native speaker in your team. I love your method in general but this is obligatory and crucial for your start in the English speaking world.

    As i do the exercises, i can feel that my spine was absorbed by the ground and less space behind my neck and waist, then tried to follow my spine from head to coccyx little bit easier and feel elongated. Also easier to reach my knees. My spine becomes more flexible.

    Hi, great class. I can’t hold my head up without support. Is there a modification?
    Easier movement at the end. At one point I could really feel my mid back muscles moving in a way that I haven’t before. At the end, lying on my back, I could feel more of my spine but not all. When I breathed deeply I could feel my mid spine moving into the ground on the on breath – amazing. Some of the movement, especially the rocking, was super comforting.
    Will this lesson remain available? I would love to do it again.

    I tried the exercises just don’t know if I get the instructions well, honestly i’m not used to listening instructions when it comes to exercises but it is challenging though.

    When i put my both knees towards my chest i noticed that my left knee is taller than my right knee, what does this mean?

    Also, when i finished the exercises and walk front and back just noticed that i’m swaying, this is not the way i walk before.
